Reasons Canada Sweepstakes Official Rules

Sweepstakes period: October 7–November 5, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Reasons Canada Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Blinds To Go Inc. (the “Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 7, 2026 and ends on November 5, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period in accordance with these Official Rules.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada who reside within a geographic area currently serviced by Blinds To Go Inc. for the products and services included in the Prize, and who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Eligibility is subject to verification by Blinds To Go Inc., including verification that the entrant’s residential postal code is within Blinds To Go Inc.’s applicable service area. An entrant whose residential postal code is outside the applicable service area is not eligible to participate or win.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Blinds To Go Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter through the entry method identified in the applicable Sweepstakes advertising and/or on the Sponsor’s designated Sweepstakes entry page.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Sponsor.

Entrants must provide complete and accurate information requested through the applicable entry method, including their residential postal code.

Any use of automated, robotic, repetitive or other means intended to circumvent the entry process or entry limitations may result in disqualification.

Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, late or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize available to be won in the Sweepstakes.

The Prize consists of C$5,000 to be applied toward the purchase of eligible Blinds To Go products and related measurement and installation services, where applicable (the “Prize”).

The Prize is not redeemable for cash.

The Prize may only be redeemed for products and services at a location within Blinds To Go Inc.’s then-current service area. Eligibility for fulfillment of the Prize may be verified by residential and/or installation postal code.

If the selected products and applicable services exceed the Prize value, the winner will be responsible for all additional costs.

Any unused portion of the Prize not used within ninety (90) days of redemption will be forfeited and will not be awarded as cash, credit or otherwise.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is C$5,000.

The Prize may not be transferred or substituted by the winner except as permitted by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

All federal, provincial, territorial and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses not expressly included in the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

Following the close of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

Before being declared the winner or receiving the Prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Blinds To Go Inc. or its representative.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor may select another potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The alternate potential winner will also be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question before being declared the winner.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the Sponsor’s initial notification.

Before being declared the winner, the potential winner must correctly answer the skill-testing question and may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including proof of age, Canadian residency and residential postal code, and to execute and return a declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release and any other documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify that the potential winner’s residence and the location at which the Prize will be redeemed are within Blinds To Go Inc.’s applicable service area.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) business days, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and province or territory of residence, likeness, photograph, voice and statements relating to the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.

Any separate photography, filming, testimonial, before-and-after content or other promotional feature requiring additional rights or permissions may be subject to a separate release.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, stored and disclosed by Blinds To Go Inc. in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, contacting the potential winner, awarding the Prize and complying with applicable legal requirements.

Where permitted and where the entrant has provided any consent required by applicable law, information may also be used for marketing or customer relationship purposes.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration and interpretation of the Sweepstakes, which shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to circumvent the entry process, interferes with the administration or security of the Sweepstakes, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as contemplated due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or other causes affecting the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select the winner from eligible entries received before such action.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blinds To Go Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, except to the extent such claims cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. QUÉBEC RESIDENTS

The Sweepstakes is open to eligible Québec residents who otherwise satisfy these Official Rules.

The Sponsor will comply with applicable Québec consumer protection, privacy and promotional requirements.

14. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be governed by applicable Canadian law and the laws of the entrant’s province or territory of residence, as applicable.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive an entrant of any mandatory or non-waivable consumer protection or other rights available under applicable law.

15. WINNER INFORMATION

Where required by applicable law, the name of the winner may be made available following confirmation of the winner. Requests may be directed to the Sponsor at the address or contact information designated for the Sweepstakes.

16. SPONSOR

Blinds To Go Inc.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Blinds To Go Inc. and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it may be advertised or promoted.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE CANADIAN RESIDENTS WITHIN BLINDS TO GO INC.’S APPLICABLE SERVICE AREA. ELIGIBILITY IS SUBJECT TO POSTAL-CODE VERIFICATION. ONE (1) PRIZE WITH AN APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF C$5,000. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. SELECTED ENTRANT MUST CORRECTLY ANSWER A MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION BEFORE BEING DECLARED THE WINNER.
