Blinds To Go Data Protection Policy

I hereby undertake to respect the confidentiality and security of the information to which I will have access and the IT tools that I will use in the course of my role within Blinds To Go Inc., Blinds To Go (U.S.) Inc. or their subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions. 

I confirm that I have read and I will comply with the “IT POLICY – DATA PROTECTION” (a copy of which was provided to me).

More specifically, I undertake :

• not to use the data to which I have access for purposes other than those required by my duties;
• to disclose such data only to persons duly authorized to receive it;
• not to make any copies of such data except as necessary for the performance of my duties;
• take all measures in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws to prevent misuse or fraudulent use of such data and the information systems, and to preserve their security;
• ensure, within the limits of my duties, that only secure means of communication will be used to transfer such data;
• in the event of termination of my duties, to return all data, computer files, devices, IT equipment and any information media relating to such data in their entirety.

This undertaking shall remain in effect for the duration of my employment and shall survive termination of my employment for any reason whatsoever.

I have been informed that any failure on my part to comply with this undertaking may lead to disciplinary action or any other recourses.
