All VERY NICE people but........to provide a bit of feedback..... First installer forgot to secure the valiance and it has fallen down 3 times - finally just took it off. Second installer fixed the valiance and after installing my other new blinds, told me they would not take the garbage and was going to either leave it or make me pay for it. He phoned the store and confirmed that I (the customer) was not to pay for this service and that they needed to take it. I think this is something between the store and the installer and the customer should not be involved in such discussions. Blinds look great - thank you.
