Position Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding regional market dynamics, including marketing trends and local competition, to collaborate with marketing teams and optimize strategies for each region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional marketing strategies across digital, print, email, events, and social media to drive retail traffic and direct-to-consumer leads
- Utilize advertising data, market research, and competitor analysis to determine optimal media mix and investment per market
- Build relationships with regional sales teams and provide timely sales enablement resources
- Develop and maintain performance reports to monitor marketing initiatives and recommend strategic improvements
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly analysis of key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze PPC and SEO metrics (organic/paid traffic, keyword performance) to uncover growth potential
- Perform ROI analysis to support strategic planning, vendor evaluation, and budget allocation
- Develop test strategies, execute tests, analyze results, and document findings
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through exceptional written and verbal communication
What We're Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of key marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPL)
- Knowledge of paid search, email, social media, and other digital advertising channels
- Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics
- Creative problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
- High integrity with ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- 1-5 years of relevant marketing experience
